BaseMgmt is a creative video production and music management collective operating on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja.

We are a team of creatives and strategists who believe in community, connection and the power of storytelling. Having spent years behind the lens and on the stage, we’re now building the infrastructure we wish we had when we started.

We use honest storytelling to help artists, creatives and innovators find their footing and keep it. We measure success by your wins, not our likes.

Our work operates at the intersection of visual culture and artistic development, with a focus on:

• Artist Management

• Artist Mentorship & Consultation

• Cinematic Video Production

• Live Music Programming & Events

• Brand Storytelling for Businesses

Fuelled by a deep connection to the Boorloo music community, we have a grass-roots ethos with a global outlook. Everything we create is defined by passion, authenticity, collaboration and high-fidelity execution.
